Special General Meeting

This is to inform you that according to our By-Laws Article III section 4,
a Special General Meeting will be held on November 13, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at 65 Kent Ave.

This meeting is being called because the Fall 2022 General Meeting did not have a quorum.
The Board cannot proceed with CHHOA business until several Agenda items are resolved.
This is an important meeting, and your presence is requested.
