About Us

The portion of Chesapeake Haven subdivision as it is known today was developed in 1973. This eastern side of Chesapeake Haven encompasses Ohio Avenue (formerly New York Avenue) to the east side of Rhode Island Avenue and extending from Grove Neck Road to bay at Kent Avenue.

The Association referred to on this website pertains to the aforementioned properties/location.

The west side of Grove Point known also as Chesapeake Haven was developed early in the 1900’s. The entire history of Grove Point is documented in the book “The Grove” by John Russell Clements.
